Milo Brings 20 years of experience in small business management and startup leadership. He received a bachelor in Business Economics from ATU School of Business and a Masters in Electronic Business Technologies (MEBT) from University of Ottawa. His graduate studies focused on e-readiness factors and assessment of small-to-medium enterprises.
Milo has experience building successful business units both in capacity of an employee and a business owner. Co-founding a webhosting company right out of high school to ride the hype for online-presence in early 2000s, Milo and his partner managed to turn their business into the top 10 hosting firms in Iran in regards to number of users. After selling the webhosting business, Milo joined his family business to import and distribute LG Electronics DRM/DIM, Maxian Media Players and Ditoss copyboards; and learned and perfected his knowledge and skills in international business, standards, regulations and most importantly facilitating supply chains.
After migrating to Canada in 2008, he worked as an in-house consultant to develop E-commerce strategies and software products in Automatic Fulfillment and Managed Print Solutions.
In 2015 he started Fekr-e-Bekr (Mastermind) Startup Studio with focus on cloud hosting and web services in Iran. After JCPOA agreement fell apart, Milo sold the company and returned to Toronto.
Since, he consults SMEs and Startups on E-commerce and Web Security in CrucialOps Inc.
